Purpose
These terms govern the sale of products (flowers, gifts, arrangements) through luxeflower.ma by Luxe Flower SARL.
Prices
Prices are listed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), including taxes. Luxe Flower may update them at any time.
Orders
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms. An order is confirmed once payment is validated.
Delivery
Delivery is made to the provided address. Luxe Flower is not liable for delays due to incorrect or incomplete information.
Payment
Payment is required at the time of order via the secure Payzone platform. No other payment methods are accepted.
Withdrawal & Perishable Products
Right of withdrawal does not apply to perishable items like fresh flowers. Refer to the return policy.
Complaints
All complaints must be submitted within 24h of delivery by email to luxeflower.ma@gmail.com.
Force Majeure
Luxe Flower shall not be held liable for delays caused by force majeure (weather, strikes, etc.).
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of Tangier.
